The City of Florence offers the ability to pay your utility bill online.  We have recently upgraded our online billpay system, making major improvements.  With this new system, you will have to re-register to use the site and pay your utility bill online.

If you have used the site before, your login & password are no longer valid.  You must fill out your information again once you get to the billpay site.
